How To Prepare For Your First Visit
Review the welcome email sent by our care team.
Respond to the welcome email with the required information noted in the email for yourself, and your partner if applicable.
If you have had fertility testing done previously, ask your doctor to forward copies of the documents to 124 Nature Park Way, Winnipeg, MB R3P 0X7. Please sign the Consent Form and bring it to your doctor to authorize the transfer of files.
Initial Fertility Consultation
During your initial consultation, your physician will discuss your situation, medical history, and any previous assessments and treatments you've had. At this time, they will answer any questions you may have. Your physician may perform a physical exam or recommend additional assessments to help determine the best solution for you.
You will later return to the clinic to review the assessment results. At this time, during your second visit, your physician will discuss your recommended treatment plan with you.
Support from our Nursing team
Once your treatment plan is established, our nursing team will reach out. Together, you’ll review the advised treatment options and select a date for treatment to begin.
You’ll get to know a number of our team members throughout your journey, from doctors and nurses to counsellors, laboratory technicians, members of our administrative staff and more. They are all here to support you through your fertility treatments.
